Please note this does not include any import fees or taxes that may be charged by your local customs. The responsibility of these fees are that of the customer, What The Thock is not liable for these fees.

Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-5 business days. We understand the importance of timely deliveries and make every effort to process your order promptly.

Estimated Shipping Times: Shipping times vary based on your location. Metro regions can expect delivery between 2 - 10 business days, unless otherwise stated. For regional areas, the estimated delivery time is 5 - 15 business days. Please note that these are approximate times, and actual delivery may vary.

Stock Availability: Our product stock fluctuates regularly. If a product is not in stock at the time of your order, we will dispatch it as soon as the product becomes available. In the event of an out-of-stock item, you will be notified within 48 hours. You'll receive information about the expected delivery time and have 48 hours to respond. If the delay is deemed unreasonable (exceeding 30 days), you may request a refund.

Presales and Group Buys: For presales or group buys, delivery timelines are contingent on the manufacturer's schedule. What The Thock will keep participants informed of updates. Responsibility for Delays: While we make every effort to adhere to agreed delivery times, What The Thock accepts no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from any delays, regardless of the cause.
